Programs Leading to Licensure

GCCC offers some educational programs that lead to a license that is required to practice within the state of Kansas. 34 CFR 668.14(b)(32)(ii), and 668.43 (a) and (c) require additional disclosures for these programs. Licensure in Kansas does not guarantee licensure in other states. For a state-by-state breakdown, click the links below.

The college maintains a Student Location Policy and Licensure Disclosure Policy. Students who are not planning to live and work in Kansas should pay special attention to the licensure requirements in their state. Students with a legal permanent address outside the state may not be allowed to enroll in a program leading to required licensure unless they sign a declaration that they are intending to move to Kansas.
