Travel Information
The closest airport to Garden City, Kansas, is the Garden City Regional Airport (Airport code: GCK), which is about 12 miles from town. The only flights between Garden City and elsewhere come through the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas Airport (Airport code: DFW). So if you fly into Garden City, your last stop will be in Dallas. We recommend that you fly into Garden City, regardless of cost.

Check-In
You will check-in with the Admissions Office in the Student and Community Services Center on the 1st floor. Copies will be made of your I-20, Visa, Passport, and I901 receipt.
Testing
Accuplacer
This free test will give you placement results for English, Math, and Reading. You will need to have a photo ID with you to take the exam. It takes approximately 2 hours to complete. Students can come to the Student and Community Services Center and to the 2nd floor to take the Accuplacer test.
Enrollment
You will select classes based on your placement results and program of study. Your advisor will fill out an enrollment form for you. However, you will not be able to finalize your enrollment until you have your TB skin test result completed. For more information on the TB test please contact: admission@gcccks.edu
Residential Life Check-In
Check in to the dorms between 10-5pm CST. To confirm housing arrangements and check-in, please contact Residential Life: reslife@gcccks.edu
