Policy Statement:

All revenue received by the Garden City Community College shall be deposited in the official depository bank/banks as designated by the Board of Trustees.  The depository bank/banks shall meet all regulations as established by state law.  The bank fund accounts shall be approved annually by the Board at the organizational meeting in July.
